My experience began in 1985 with The Marriott Corporation. I was
employed as the
Banquet Captain in the catering department at the Tyson's Corner Marriott. The time came when it was apparent that I would do an
exceedingly good job in presentation and food preparation. This encouraged
me to start my own company, Festive Occasions, Unlimited catering service in 1991.
I am a trained professional and certified food handling manager licensed in
both Virginia and Maryland. I have found that my excellent organizational
skills, my flair for "Marriott-level" design and my genuine
rapport with people were all necessities in this field. I enjoy
giving people the quality food and beautiful setup to make their fantasy
event become a reality.

From a modest beginning, Festive
Occasions, Unlimited caterers has grown to handle events at the U.S.
Naval Memorial, the Meadowlark Gardens of McLean, VA, The Old
Dominion Boat Club, and numerous other prestigious sites in the metro
area. The events for the City Governments of both Alexandria and
Fairfax have proven most successful.
Festive Occasions, Unlimited
caterers was designed to effectively manage an event for the average
person to a federal judge or millionaire. We treat all equally and
with the utmost care and respect.
